We have one of the largest bridal suites in southern New Hampshire. It has a balcony that overlooks the grounds and ceremony. It has space for hair and makeup artist to come onsite and glam you up! It also includes all day access starting at 8:30am through the event till 10pm.
Hosting your ceremony onsite allows for a 30minute ceremony and then an additional 5 and a half hours for the cocktail and wedding reception. Total of 6 hours with your guests.
Our Par-Tee Patio is an amazing outdoor space that is perfect for cocktail hour. It includes lawn games, a private bar and amazing views.
Yes! Renting the Par-Tee Patio for cocktail hour comes with Corn Hole, Oversized Jenga, and access to our Driving Range with balls and wedges. Give your guests some fun while enjoying our outdoor space.
All alcohol served onsite must be purchased through Stonebridge Country Club. Bartenders are included in the site rental fee.
We have our own kitchen with Executive chef onsite. Food package pricing depends on service style and selections.
Yes, we have a $6000.00 food and beverage minimum.
We are prepared to handle most allergies and dietary restrictions. Common such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegans, Nut Free. We can discuss other options or needs.
Yes, we do a complementary couple tasting. We plan it around when another event is happening so you can view that set up as well.
Ten days prior to the wedding we require final count and payment in full. This is also when we lock in details and timing. We try and be flexible with changes made after this date based on circumstance.
We host one wedding a day. The golf course will be open to both members and public; however signage and staff will direct you, your guests and public so we don’t have any co-mingling.
Yes we are fully handicap accessible. From the building with ramps, restrooms to bridal and groom’s suite via elevators. We have a ramp just steps away from the tent entrance that leads to our locker-rooms.
Inside the Club House; All our restrooms are handicap accessible and located in the club house.
Yes, we allow pets to be part of the wedding ceremony; we ask for a copy of their Up To Date vet records and you take responsibility to keep them on leash while onsite. Please note at some points in the season we have geese which are very attractive.
YES! A full walk through is included and will happen prior to your big day; typically, the day prior. On average it takes 45-60 minutes for a rehearsal. Consider staying onsite for a rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktail reception.
YOU DONT! That’s correct; you don’t have to worry about set up! The staff Stonebridge will set it all. From linens to centerpieces, décor and more. You enjoy the day and we will do the set up.

We are ready! Rain happens… we will keep you in the loop and ask for decisions 2 hours prior to the ceremony. We use the reception tent as a rain location; or if you are flexible we can speak of other options.
YES! First looks are very special and we have beautiful grounds close by the club house for the perfect moment. We will work with your photographer to make sure pictures are quick while enjoying a snack and beverage. We start with the birch background and then head out on carts to take the couple to other locations for different backgrounds and special moments.
Yes, we have a list of tried-and-true vendors who know our property and expectations. You can hire whomever you would like and we will do our best to help and welcome them to make the day seamless.
Yes, On your wedding day you will have a full team of professionals working to set up, orchestrate and organize your event. We will watch the timing, give check ins and touch base with vendors. We answer questions, direct guests and help with flow. At the end of the event we will pack up and load out your décor and gifts.
Goffstown has a 10pm noise ordinance; and we love our neighbors. So we respectfully enforce a 10pm end.
Yes; While I suggest prearranged pick up times; Uber is still available for the last minute need
YES! We ask that they are protected or surround in glass; such as votives, floating candles or lanterns. We also suggest unscented. Soft Candle light makes the best pictures.
YES! Please use real flower petals in case they blow away or are sprinkled on the grass.
YES and NO; You are welcome to bring dessert from another license business however we do not allow outside food vendors.
